Project Health Outreach Inc. is a nurse-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in Holiday, Florida by Deborah Nicolo, MSN, APRN — an Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 37 years of clinical experience and U.S. Army service.
The organization's mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based HIV/STI education, community outreach, and patient navigation services to underserved populations across Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties.
Project Health Outreach Inc. bridges the gap between health education and clinical care by guiding community members from initial awareness through testing, treatment, and ongoing support — with a particular focus on populations with limited access to traditional healthcare systems.
