We're thrilled to launch our new website and share our mission with the community. Project Health Outreach Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate HIV/STI education, community outreach, and patient navigation services in Holiday, Florida.

Our Nurse-Led Approach

What makes us different? We're led by Deborah Nicolo, MSN, APRN, an Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 37 years of nursing experience and U.S. Army service. Our nurse-led model ensures that:

• You receive care from experienced healthcare professionals
• Medical accuracy guides all our education and outreach
• Clinical expertise informs our patient navigation services
• You're treated with dignity, respect, and compassion

Why We Exist

Many individuals in our community face barriers to accessing healthcare:

• Lack of insurance or financial resources
• Transportation challenges
• Stigma around HIV and STIs
• Limited health literacy
• Complex healthcare systems

We exist to break down these barriers and ensure everyone has access to the information, resources, and support they need to stay healthy.

HIV/STI Education

We provide accurate, up-to-date information about:

• HIV prevention (PrEP and PEP)
• STI prevention and treatment
• Safe sex practices
• Testing and screening

Community Outreach

We bring healthcare information directly to the community through:

• Free testing events
• Health fairs

Patient Navigation

We help individuals access the care they need by:

• Connecting them with healthcare providers
• Assisting with insurance enrollment
• Coordinating appointments and transportation
• Providing ongoing support
